The 2 week-long Copenhagen conference concluded on Dec 19, 2009 in the Danish capital after producing a non-legally binding document on climate change. These agreements are in good ones and in bad ones.
"The results achieved at the conference are not destination, but a new starting point." said Zheng Gouguang, head of the China Meteorological Administration, in an interview with Xinhua. “The accord upheld the dual-track mechanism of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and its Kyoto Protocol as well as the principle of "common but differentiated responsibilities", which reflects the consensus reached by all parties since the Bali Road Map negotiations started.” said Zheng.
